This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between FNQ Car Rental Pty Ltd,
hereinafter referred to as the “Rental Company,” and the renter, hereinafter referred to as the
“Renter.”

1. Rental Period:
   ● The rental period begins on [Start Date and Time] and ends on [End Date and Time].
2. Rental Requirements:
   ● Renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
   ● International renters must present a valid international driving permit.
   ● Pickup and Dropoff must be in the Cairns area only.
3. Reservation and Booking:
   ● Reservation confirmation is subject to availability.
   ● Modifications to reservations are allowed with advance notice.
4. Payment Policies:
   ● Accepted payment methods: Master, Visa, American Express, Debit/Credit cards.
   ● A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required.
5. Rental Rates and Charges:
   ● Daily/weekly rates: base rate $40/day.
   ● Fuel charges: Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level.
6. Insurance Coverage:
   ● Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and liability insurance options are available.
7. Cancellation and No-Show Policies:
   ● Upto 48 hours Cancellation without any penalty.
   ● No-shows without prior notice may incur penalties.
8. Vehicle Pickup and Return:
   ● Late return fees apply for returns after the agreed-upon time.
   ● Early return is allowed but does not result in a refund.
9. Additional Drivers:
   ● Additional driver fees: $30 per hour.
   ● Additional drivers must meet age and license requirements.
10. Mileage Limits:
    ● $1500 excess payable if no insurance taken.
11. Vehicle Condition:

• Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as when rented.
• Pre-existing damage will be documented before rental.

• Vehicles may not be used for Uber Eats, Uber X.
