Can I smoke in the car?
No. FNQ Car Rental does not permit its Customers to smoke in the rental vehicle and a cleaning fee will be charged to the debit or credit card on return of the vehicle.
When I will get my deposit back?
Please allow us 5 working days to process your deposit refund.
What is the cost of over milage?
You will be charge .30c per kilometre if you have booked a limited kilometre vehicle and gone over the kilometres.
Can I Pay with my International Credit/Debit cards?
Yes, you can but processing fee may be charge.
